They were on time. Very friendly. Hottest day too. Called them in am, we decided on afternoon time. They worked around our schedule. Professional. They showed me the problem and let me watch while they worked. They explained everything. They drove nearly 30 miles. Told us pricing on front end. I will call them again if I have any more issues with my unit. Pricing was excellent. Love same day service too.
